There's a word game I like to play, thought I play the Japanese version called Shirotori.
In their version you say a word and the next person says a word that begins with the last syllable of the previous word and you cannot end a word with the "N" syllable.
In our version, the one we're going to play, you simply choose a word beginning with the last letter of the previous word. Easy, right?
We can use subjects or just free-range this.
